Unplanned Obsolescence

ReplyDeleteI got to the Cs: Cleaning Fish is obsolete? Perhaps I live too close to the Columbia River - I am totally willing to clean and cook a fresh steelhead or salmon. What's also interesting is what is IN the kitchen that didn't use to be, i.e. scissors. Can't do without them anymore because packages aren't easily opened. Fun post - I'll have to check out that link a little more.
